Hello Agency has created a messenger chatbot for BD myShopi that automatically shows the latest folders based on a user search input. The chatbot works via Facebook Messenger and allows direct interaction with the consumer without having to register for another application. Visit our official website for more information.
Irisnet : Digital & Print
Irisnet’s annual report was the ideal opportunity to demonstrate the company’s progress to clients and partners. Irisnet decided to supplement its annual report with a customer satisfaction survey. We launched the survey and presented it interactively on 2 different support media : an interactive Wordpress website and a print version. In addition, video clips of interviews with the board of directors and clients were made and distributed through the board of directors.
Fiat : E-mailing
The Fiat Group is keen to ensure that customers feel supported at every stage in their purchase, especially in winter. So Hello Agency was called in to help them develop a campaign to support their winter accessory range. This was an opportunity to roll out our omni-channel expertise. Using the guidelines developed by Fiat, we created the overall look and feel for all the various media. This was also an opportunity to work directly from the FCA Group’s CRM files across all their brands: Fiat, Fiat Pro, Abarth, Lancia, Alfa Romeo and Jeep. So we really had to work everything out carefully to ensure it all ran smoothly.
Panzani : Branding
Panzani entrusted their communications plan for the launch of their new “Programme Zéro Résidu de Pesticides” to Hello Agency. A new responsive website was made developed and we increased the Facebook following to 30,000 thanks to engaging social content. An end-of-year brand activation campaign was organized targeting mothers and their children with the opportunity to win the ultimate Panzani culinary experience. Mouth-watering video clips focusing on children’s favorite recipes were produced and shared on social networks.
PETERMAN : SOCIAL ACTIVATION
Peterman is a popular Belgian Genever. To reinforce origins, we undertook a 360° brand activation during the last football Word Cup. In order to support the national team, we invited fans of the brand to create virtual teams on Facebook and win tickets to a “Bus Party” evening in Namur for the Belgium-Italy match. The campaign was also activated by Facebook adverts, in particular a video report devoted to participants in the event. Despite the team’s defeat, the brand confirmed its slogan: Taste the Belgian Spirit!
DI: Omnichannel communication
To create a campaign for Di, the leading beauty products chain, was truly an honor for our teams. In response to every request, Hello Agency offers a concrete solution covering both print and digital media. Every day, we promote the brand and its 130 stores via a 100% omnichannel approach. Through 360° integration of all media, we offer consumers a sophisticated, personalized brand experience which grabs their attention at every stage in the process.
Renmans, guardian of quality. And obviously made for us. In looking for work was both well-crafted and relevant, Renmans entrusted us with the strategy, proposal, creation and monitoring of their campaigns: from the TV advert, through newsletters to POS display. For them, we pull out all the stops!
Algorel is a group of more than 850 members engaged in the distribution of sanitary ware and heating equipment, each of whom needs to produce an annual personalized catalogue promoting the brands and products they represent. For Hello Agency, this is a major task extending from the design of a generic catalogue to the multiple versions required to meet the expectations of each member. Our remit: the concept, layout, DTP, coding of each page and printing of thousands of catalogues every year! In addition to the whole series of other B to B media we design and produce for Algorel.
